Domestic Vehicle Repair
Maintenance and repair for Ford, GM, and Stellantis cars, trucks, and SUVs.
Domestic brands make up a big share of what is on the road here, from Chevy Malibus and Ford Escapes to Silverados, F-150s, Rams, and Jeeps. These vehicles have their own patterns of common problems, and knowing them helps narrow down a diagnosis.
- Routine maintenance and fluid service
- Engine performance and drivability diagnosis
- Cooling system and gasket repairs
- Brakes
Common symptoms
- Oil leaks or a burning oil smell from the engine bay
- Ticking or rattling at startup
- Coolant loss with no visible puddle
- Rough shifting or a harsh downshift
- Electrical glitches with locks, lights, or the dash
Examples include oil leaks from certain valve cover and oil pan gaskets, intake manifold and coolant leaks, cam phaser and timing chain noise on some V6 and V8 engines, and electrical issues tied to body control modules. We check common causes first, without assuming.
We handle everyday maintenance, brakes, suspension, cooling systems, engine performance, and electrical work. If a repair needs dealer-only programming or a specialty tool we cannot reasonably provide, we will tell you upfront.
Every appointment is confirmed with a $100 booking/diagnostic payment (not credited toward repairs). If the cause isn’t known yet, the visit is used to diagnose it; the repair is quoted for your approval.
Repair labor is $100 per hour for every kind of repair — engine, transmission, electrical, heating and air conditioning, suspension, brakes and everything else. No higher specialty rate and no minimum labor charge. Labor hours are estimated for your specific vehicle and repair and shown on your written estimate before any work starts; we don’t sell flat-rate job prices.
Example: serpentine belt
One common domestic-vehicle repair, shown as an example: a cracked drive belt replaced.

Questions
Will I need to pay for diagnosis?
For routine maintenance and clear-cut repairs, no separate diagnosis is needed; the work is simply quoted. When a problem must be diagnosed first, diagnostic services involve a $100 diagnostic fee, which is not credited toward the cost of subsequent repairs.
Do you work on Jeeps and Rams?
Yes. We work on vehicles from Ford, GM, and Stellantis brands, including Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Chrysler.
Can you handle recalls?
Recall repairs are performed by franchised dealers at no charge to you. We can help you check whether your vehicle has an open recall.
