What we collect

Contact details (name, email, phone), vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, and optionally VIN and plate), the problem you describe, photos you choose to upload, appointment history, estimates and your decisions on them, and records of messages we send you.

We do not collect Social Security numbers or bank account details on this website.

How we use it

To review and schedule appointment requests, perform and document repairs, prepare estimates, send the service messages you would expect, and keep records required to operate the business.

Marketing messages and review requests are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Service providers

We use service providers to host this website and data (Cloudflare), to send email and text messages, to answer phone calls with an AI-assisted receptionist, and, if connected, to manage the shop calendar. They process data on our behalf.

Phone calls

Calls to our AI-assisted receptionist may be recorded and transcribed so the shop can follow up on your request. You will be told this at the start of the call.

Retention and your choices

We keep repair records for as long as needed for warranty, legal and business purposes. You can ask us to update your information or to delete information we are not required to keep.
